🛍️ Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is physically damaged or leaking on arrival.
  • The product inside the packet is spoiled or unusable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must share photos or videos of the damaged product and its packaging as proof.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Share your order ID and photo/video proof of the issue.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

💸 Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–6 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or after the return period are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Opened or partially used products will not be accepted unless proven to be spoiled on arrival.
